1. Agreement to Terms
By engaging CodeCraft AI Solution for any service, or purchasing a package through this website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Scope of Services
Each project's scope, deliverables, and timeline are defined during discovery or as described in the purchased package. Work outside the agreed scope may require an additional quote.
3. Payment Terms
- Custom projects typically require 50% payment upfront, 50% on delivery, unless otherwise agreed
- Fixed packages purchased through the Shop are payable in full at checkout
- Payments are accepted via JazzCash and EasyPaisa
4. Timelines
Delivery timelines are estimates based on the scope agreed at project start. Delays caused by late feedback, missing materials, or scope changes may extend the timeline.
5. Revisions
Each package includes a reasonable number of revision rounds as part of the post-launch support window. Requests beyond this scope are billed separately.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of the final delivered work transfers to the client. Any third-party tools, libraries, or platforms used remain subject to their own licensing terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
CodeCraft AI Solution is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered services, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
