Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Nature of Our Services
We provide custom digital and AI development work. Because each project involves time, planning, and resources committed specifically to your requirements, our refund terms differ from a standard retail purchase.
2. Before Work Begins
If you cancel before any work has started, you are eligible for a full refund of your deposit, minus any payment processing fees already incurred.
3. After Work Has Started
- Deposits are non-refundable once discovery or design work has begun
- Completed milestones are non-refundable
- Partial refunds for incomplete milestones are assessed case-by-case, based on work actually delivered
4. Fixed-Package Purchases
For packages purchased directly through our Shop, the same milestone-based terms apply — cancellation requests made before we begin are refunded in full; work already performed is non-refundable.
5. Monthly/Subscription Services
Services billed monthly (such as maintenance, SEO, or social media management) can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period.
6. Payment Processing
Refunds are issued through the original JazzCash or EasyPaisa payment method used, and may take 5–10 business days to reflect depending on the provider.
